It has been quite a day.  Went to work this morning and saw deer and Bison (photographs on site).  The animals are part of the many attaractions at Cattle Country in Berkeley, Gloucestershire - great day out for all the family.

Then it was off to the hospital for my Echogram.  The young lady in the Hospital reassured me by saying this was the test they do for ladies who are pregnant, or maybe it was how they do the test?? - does this mean that I am pregnant and this is why I am feeling tired?  Guess I will here from the Doctor as and when they have anything to tell me.

Set the alarm this morning at 600 and when it sounded I switched
it off, went back to sleep until 0700.  When I eventually got up I struggled down stairs and went for my cycle.  Cycled 6.7 miles at an average speed of 11.6 mph and a top speed of 24.5 mph - (top speed was downhill!!!!!).

During the cycle I had some pain in my legs but I hope this was only a one off - they say it takes at least 8 weeks for  you to get used to cycling a recumbent.
