Went for ride today along the usual route. Time is coming down and therefore average speed is nearly 10 mph. Good to see an improvement but still not at the fitness level I should be at. Venison roast meal tonight then it is back to trying to eat sensibly!!!
Go to Doctor next week for an ECG to see if they can find out why I am so tired - could be all the work, early starts, 6 hours driving + 8 hours working most days, cycle training, nearly 60, overweight and just generally past it
